Club Pilates in New York is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee all studio operations, drive member growth, and maximize revenue across memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.

The role requires leadership of staff, scheduling, and vendor coordination, with a focus on exceptional customer service and adherence to Club Pilates policies. Candidates should have 2+ years of fitness or sales experience and strong English communication; bilingual in English and Russian preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fitness or relevant sales.
• Fluent in English; bilingual English and Russian preferred.
• Experience in growing multiple revenue streams.
• Proven ability to train sales representatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and grassroots marketing.
• Hire and manage instructors; schedule staff.
