U.S. Bank seeks a results-driven Small Business Banking Specialist to serve customers with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M.

You will deliver comprehensive financial solutions, deepen relationships through proactive outreach, and blend digital tools with strong personal guidance to help clients grow. This role requires outside prospecting, sales activity to hit targets, and coordination with branches and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and financial solutions to small businesses.
• Deepen existing relationships through routine calling and business development.
• Use digital tools with strong human connections to offer solutions.
• Conduct outside prospecting to grow revenue and achieve targets.
• Open accounts, identify product solutions, and service business clients.
• Collaborate with branches, COIs, clients and other business lines; refer to Business Banking when needed.
