Job summary

RideNow Powersports-Daytona Beach is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-volume dealership’s sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach, motivate, and mentor sales professionals while implementing data-driven strategies to drive unit volume, profitability, and satisfaction.

In this role you will oversee the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to final delivery, manage inventory coordination, and ensure robust CRM usage for timely follow-ups

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management experience in a high-volume dealership.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with CRM systems and dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales professionals—coaching, mentoring, and driving performance.
• Implement data-driven sales strategies to grow unit volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to delivery with an exceptional customer experience.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent with a focus on performance and standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and vehicle merchandising in coordination with purchasing and operations.
• Actively manage the sales pipeline and CRM for follow-up and timely deal closures.
• Escalation point for customer issues to protect the brand and dealership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Service and Parts for dealership success.
• Stay current on industry trends, OEM programs, product updates, and competitive activity.
