RideNow Powersports Concord is seeking a seasoned, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performance showroom team and drive profitability across new and pre-owned motorcycles.

This leadership role requires coaching and mentoring capability, expertise in deal structuring and finance products, and a customer-first approach to delivering exceptional experiences while meeting store targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership sales management experience.
• Strong understanding of deal structure, finance products, and compliance best practices.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily showroom operations for new and pre-owned powersports vehicles to drive a profitable sales process.
• Coach, develop, and hold the sales team to individual and store-wide targets.
• Serve as the go-to expert in deal structuring, finance integration, and customer negotiation; assist in closing complex deals.
• Monitor floor traffic and team deployment to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with leadership to align with broader business objectives and champion a customer-first approach.
