Job summary

RideNow Powersports-Daytona Beach is seeking a Sales Floor Manager to lead our Daytona Beach dealership's sales operations and drive growth with a team of sales professionals. You will coach staff, implement data-driven strategies, and ensure an outstanding customer experience from lead generation to delivery.

The role requires proven leadership, experience with CRM and dealership software, and a track record of exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management experience in a high-volume dealership environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of deal structuring, financing, inventory, and pipeline management.
• Experience with dealership software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of sales professionals to meet performance targets.
• Develop data-driven sales strategies to drive unit volume and profitability.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead to delivery with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
• Collaborate with service and parts to drive dealership success.
• Maintain optimal inventory and merchandising in coordination with purchasing.
