Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the apartment community.

• Manage leasing from prospect to move-in.
• Process renewals and maintain resident relationships.
• Assist with rent collection and resident accounts.
• Address resident concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain resident files and property documentation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, Fair Housing regulations, and community standards.
• Support marketing initiatives and outreach efforts to attract new residents.
• Monitor community operations and assist with reporting.
• Utilize property management software to maintain records and track activity.
