Trinity Property Consultants in Kentucky is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and financial performance of a residential property. You’ll partner with the Property Manager to deliver an exceptional resident experience, manage leasing, collections, and administrative tasks.

The role requires at least 2 years in multifamily property management, a high school diploma, proficiency with MS Office and property software such as Yardi or Entrata.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily residential property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; industry certifications preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, post rent payments and assist with collections.
• Show, lease, and move-ins; process applications and renewals.
• Maintain accurate resident files and financial records.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors for service requests.
• Support daily operations and budgeting activities.
