Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is expanding its operations and seeks a Mortgage Branch Manager of Retail Mortgage Lending to develop and accelerate this growth. Lead the branch, recruit and train staff, and manage a network of referral partners while ensuring compliance with all mortgage laws and PRMI policies.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic growth, and a strong emphasis on sales and team development within a multi-state organization.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in retail mortgage origination; leadership/management experience preferred.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance and mortgage industry regulations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities
