Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is expanding its operations and seeks a Mortgage Branch Manager of Retail Mortgage Lending to develop and accelerate growth. The role emphasizes leadership, supervision, and building a strong referral network across multiple channels.

You will lead branch personnel, recruit and train staff, ensure QC compliance, and align with mortgage and fair lending laws. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, to include management roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and accelerate growth for the Mortgage Branch.
• Manage and supervise branch personnel and operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and lead staff to achieve sales goals.
