Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is expanding its operations and seeks a Mortgage Branch Manager of Retail Mortgage Lending to develop and accelerate this growth.

This leadership role focuses on building a strong network of referral partners and delivering top-tier compensation and benefits.

You will lead branch personnel, recruit, train, and ensure QC compliance while upholding fair lending laws across PRMI's nationwide platform.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of experience in retail mortgage origination, to include management roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Knowledgeable of, and committed to, QC compliance.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with accounting terms and procedures (e.g. debits, credits, General Ledgers).

Responsibilities

• Develop and accelerate growth of PRMI's retail mortgage lending operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and lead branch personnel.
• Manage and maintain a network of referral partners to drive production.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Handle difficult situations professionally across branches/division.
