Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) seeks a Mortgage Branch Manager of Retail Mortgage Lending to develop and accelerate growth across its Nevada operation. You will lead a branch, recruit and train staff, and manage relationships with referral partners to drive originations.

Expect strict adherence to mortgage laws and PRMI policies, with emphasis on recruiting talent, guiding performance, and delivering exceptional service to clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, to include management roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage laws and PRMI policies.
• Recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledge of QC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and accelerate growth of the branch in the Retail Mortgage Lending space.
• Recruit, train, and lead branch personnel to achieve performance goals.
