Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) seeks a Mortgage Branch Manager of Retail Mortgage Lending to develop and accelerate growth across its Gainesville operations.

You will lead a team, optimize referral partnerships, and drive production with a focus on compliance and client service. The role requires about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with management experience, plus proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate branch staff.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including management roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage laws and PRMI policies.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of accounting terms and procedures (debits, credits, GLs, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch operations to drive growth and profitability.
• Develop and maintain a robust referral partner network to accelerate production.
• Ensure strict compliance with mortgage regulations and PRMI policies.
• Mentor and develop branch staff through coaching, training, and performance management.
