Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is expanding its operations and seeks a Mortgage Branch Manager of Retail Mortgage Lending to develop and accelerate growth.

You will lead a branch with a focus on building and maintaining a network of referral partners while ensuring compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of retail mortgage origination experience.
• Experience managing referral partner networks.
• Knowledge of mortgage compliance and fair lending laws.
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate branch staff.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with accounting terms (debits, credits, ledgers).

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a Mortgage Branch within Retail Lending.
• Develop and accelerate growth through referral partnerships.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage branch personnel.
• Ensure QC compliance and professional handling of issues.
