Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is expanding its operations and seeks a Mortgage Branch Manager of Retail Mortgage Lending to develop and accelerate this growth. The role centers on growing a productive retail origination network and leading a high-performing branch team.

The candidate will recruit, train, and manage branch personnel, build and sustain referral partnerships, and ensure compliance with mortgage laws and PRMI policies while driving sales performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including management roles
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws, regulations, and PRMI policies
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance
• Ability to handle difficult situations with branches/division
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Leadership focused on sales growth, team development, and practice expansion
• Familiarity with accounting terms and procedures (debits, credits, ledgers)

• Approximately 3 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including management roles. Less experience may be considered given past achievements.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws, regulations, and PRMI policies.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of and committed to QC compliance.
• Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/division.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Leadership skills rooted in a passion for sales accomplishment, team development, training, and practice growth.
• Familiarity with accounting terms and procedures (e.g., debits, credits, general ledgers, etc.).
