Job summary

ZRS Management LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled, professional service to residents at our Michigan properties. You will collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform repairs, upkeep, and turnover tasks while ensuring safety and quality across units and common areas.

This full-time on-site role requires reliable time management, the ability to lift heavy objects, and a valid driver’s license. EPA certification is preferred; certification timelines apply as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• EPA certification preferred; if required, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and window cleaning.
• Monitor exterior for roof, siding, shutters, and related issues; assist with preventive maintenance program.
• Ensure safe condition of all equipment/structures in area of expertise and keep inventory updated.
• Keep work areas clean and orderly; observe all safety rules; participate in on-call rotations.
