Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide skilled service to residents and support the Maintenance Supervisor. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, and handle turnover tasks to ready apartments quickly.

The role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, inventory control, and clear communication with residents. A valid driver’s license is required; EPA certification is preferred and must be obtained if required by property.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred. If required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and other systems.
• Handle apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, cleaning windows, etc.
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, shutters, etc. issues.
• Support preventive maintenance program and safety.
• Ensure equipment/structures are safe and within policy.
• Enter newly purchased tools/equipment into inventory; keep work area clean and orderly.
• Observe all safety rules and work cooperatively in a team.
