Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide skilled on-site maintenance for residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, and handle apartment turnover within 3–5 days.

The role requires strong teamwork, clear resident communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects. EPA certification is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical work.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days using turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas including cleaning, trash, and safety compliance.
• Monitor exterior property issues and assist preventive maintenance program.
