Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled, dependable service to residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and turnover tasks.

This full-time role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, and timely turnover within 3–5 business days. A valid driver’s license is required; EPA certification is preferred and must be obtained within 90 days if needed.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to manage time and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and work cooperatively.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and related systems.
• Carry out apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklists.
• Maintain common areas: cleaning, trash removal, window cleaning, and pressure washing when needed.
• Monitor exterior property conditions and support preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain inventory and ensure safety rules are followed.
