Job summary

ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide skilled upkeep at our properties. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform repairs, turnover tasks, and preventive maintenance while ensuring resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance maintenance, common area upkeep, and on-call support. EPA certification is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and related systems.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and finish turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas: cleaning, trash removal, pressure washing, and window cleaning.
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, or shutter issues and assist preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and maintain inventory of tools.
• Communicate effectively with residents and work cooperatively in a team; may require on-call hours.
