Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver exceptional on-site service to residents. The role collaborates with the Maintenance Supervisor and reports to the Property Manager to maintain the property’s systems and appearance.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance maintenance, turnover tasks, and upkeep of common areas, with emphasis on safety and efficiency. A valid driver's license is required; HVAC cert is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and related areas.
• Complete turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days following a turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas: cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuums, trash removal, and basic upkeep.
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, shutters and other issues.
• Support preventive maintenance programs for assigned areas.
• Ensure safety of equipment and work environments; maintain and inventory tools.
• Keep work area clean and orderly; observe safety rules.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members; work cooperatively.
