We are partnering with a fast-growing South Florida landscape maintenance company expanding aggressively across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. This role is a pure growth opportunity focused on opening doors, winning contracts, and growing market share in HOAs, commercial, and municipal properties.

You will own a strong sales pipeline, navigate multi-year maintenance contracts, and present to boards and executives.

Qualificações

• Proven B2B sales experience in landscape or property services.
• Strong network in HOAs, property management, CRE, or municipal markets.
• Experience with RFP processes and executive presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Open doors and win contracts across HOA, commercial, and municipal properties.
• Develop and manage a growing sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure onboarding and delivery.
• Present to boards and executives to influence decisions.
• Strategic pricing and profitable contract negotiation.
• Expand market share across South Florida.
