Zohorecruit Miami Market is seeking a high-performing sales executive to open doors, win multi-year landscape maintenance contracts across HOAs, commercial properties, and municipal markets.

You will identify opportunities, build trust with decision-makers, manage a strong pipeline, and coordinate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery, with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and full benefits.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in landscape or related industries preferred.
• Strong network within HOAs, property management, CRE, or municipal markets.
• Experience navigating RFPs and complex decision processes.
• Confident presenting to boards and executives.
• Strategic pricing knowledge and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Own growth by opening doors and winning multi-year maintenance contracts.
• Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline in South Florida.
• Present to HOA boards, committees, and executives.
• Coordinate with operations for onboarding and service delivery.
• Strategic pricing and negotiation to protect margins.
