Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales success in landscape maintenance, facilities, property services, or similar.
• Strong network within HOAs, property management, CRE, or municipal markets.
• Experience navigating RFPs and complex decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Open doors, win contracts, and grow market share in Broward County.
• Identify opportunities and position the company as the long-term partner of choice.
• Build trust with decision-makers and present to boards/exec groups.
• Strategically price and negotiate profitable maintenance agreements.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
