Job summary

Resideo is seeking a dynamic sales support professional to help grow revenue by supporting existing customers and developing new opportunities in the United States. This hybrid role combines administrative rigor with strategic customer engagement to enhance the buying experience.

You'll work across teams to understand customer needs, identify process improvements, and stay current on Resideo products and solutions.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience.
Prior industry experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Support sales activities for existing customers and identify opportunities to expand business relationships and increase revenue.
Develop and convert new business opportunities.
Complete administrative and operational activities associated with the sales process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely follow-through.
Assess customer needs and provide solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate or elevate recommendations to the appropriate teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and achieve business objectives.
Maintain a strong understanding of Resideo products, systems, processes, and procedures.
Monitor customer and business needs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.
Contribute to overall business growth by strengthening existing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the conversion of prospective customers.
