Job summary

Resideo is seeking a customer service professional to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of retail accounts, handling orders, returns and inquiries. You will coordinate with Logistics, Manufacturing, and Sales to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role supports order processing tasks, including expediting orders and monitoring status, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, communication, and collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service/account-related experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or other computer software programs.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of EDI transactions.
• A keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support customer order and return processing tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with disruptions in payment shortages and coordinate with customers to obtain repayments.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for the assigned portfolio of accounts.

Job description

Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of retail accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You will respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, and RMA's. You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. You will communicate with other departments and stakeholders, such as but not limited to, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues. You will support order processing tasks including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies. JOB DUTIES:

• Support customer order and return processing tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Support disrupting payment shortage deductions from customers with appropriate back-up information to receive a repay with regard to assigned portfolio of retail accounts.
• Provide all-encompassing administrative support for assigned portfolio of accounts to ensure all customer needs and expectations are met.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 2+ years of customer service/account-related experience
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or other computer software programs
• Demonstrated proficiency in all software applications in Microsoft office
• Working knowledge of EDI transactions.
• A keen attention to detail.
