Job summary

Resideo is seeking a Sales Support professional in Minnesota to help grow relationships with existing customers and uncover new opportunities. You will provide administrative and operational support across the sales cycle and leverage business knowledge to understand customer needs.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain product knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Prior industry experience preferred.

Responsible for supporting the sale of Resideo products and services to existing customers while identifying and developing new sales opportunities. This role provides administrative and operational support throughout the sales process, leverages business knowledge to understand customer needs, and works to enhance the overall customer buying experience.

JOB DUTIES:

• Support sales activities for existing customers and identify opportunities to expand business relationships and increase revenue.
• Develop and convert new business opportunities.
• Complete administrative and operational activities associated with the sales process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely follow-through.
• Assess customer needs and provide solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate or elevate recommendations to the appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and achieve business objectives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Resideo products, systems, processes, and procedures.
• Monitor customer and business needs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.
• Contribute to overall business growth by strengthening existing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the conversion of prospective customers.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 2+ years prior sales experience
