Job summary

Addus is seeking a qualified Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations and administration. You will manage recruitment, orientation, training, and staff retention, while driving census and revenue growth and ensuring compliance with all requirements.

You will supervise administrative and support staff, coordinate payroll/billing, and present regular progress reports to leadership. A valid driver's license and ability to travel within the service area are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in health care; some home care or private duty preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive census/revenue growth and develop business.
• Experience conducting training sessions for administrative and direct service staff.
• Experience with compliance/audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and administrative functions to meet monthly census goals.
• Lead recruitment, orientation, training and retention of branch and office staff.
• Direct supervisory guidance to ensure workers’ compensation and unemployment claims are properly managed.
• Develop and present weekly/monthly progress reports to Agency Director and Regional Director.
• Coordinate payroll and billing processes; ensure service delivery is aligned with approved plans.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and participate in community outreach.
