WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to oversee location performance, lead daily operations, and drive revenue growth. You will manage staff development, safety, service standards, and financial results, while fostering a positive team culture and customer focus.

The role requires 1–3 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment, with 45–50 hours per week and a base salary of $50,000 to $55,000 plus a potential bonus up to $17,500.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 1–3 years of management in retail/hospitality or fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising 8–12 employees including scheduling and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a positive, customer-focused workplace culture through coaching and leadership growth.
• Lead by example and empower employees to take initiative.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff while managing performance.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with store standards.
• Drive revenue growth and monitor KPI-driven performance using dashboards.
• Perform payroll tasks and enforce company policies.
