Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field preferred.
• Formally credit trained and/or underwriting knowledge and experience preferred.
• Typically a minimum of 4 years direct lending or credit support experience with focus on business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial clients and obtain new business through calls, referrals, and cross selling.
• Obtain and maintain COIs and attend networking events in the assigned area.
• Requires loan structuring and credit analysis skills.
• Generate a variety of commercial and real estate loans.
• Close loans typically in the $1M–$10M range.
• Contribute to deposit growth by cross selling and promoting banking products.
• Other duties as assigned.
