Franklin Interiors is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our Flooring Division. You will develop new business, build long-term client relationships, and drive profitable sales growth in the commercial flooring market.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with networking and relationship-building skills, enjoys solving customer challenges, and delivers outstanding service in a collaborative, family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of sales, design, construction, flooring, or sales support experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow business within assigned markets and territories.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial flooring opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, facility managers, and end users.
• Generate proposals, presentations, and pricing recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of flooring products, installation methods, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Provide accurate information to support project management, order processing, installation, and invoicing activities.
• Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and customer records.
• Participate in networking events, industry organizations, and business development activities.
