Job summary

Flooring Foundation Corporation is seeking a Commercial Sales Executive to drive new business and manage client relationships on commercial flooring projects from opportunity through final payment. This hands-on role combines prospecting, estimating, takeoffs, pricing, proposals, contracts, field coordination, and project follow-through.

You will coordinate with general contractors, architects, and facility teams, review drawings, prepare takeoffs, obtain vendor pricing, and ensure scope,

Qualifications

• Outside sales and account management experience in commercial flooring or construction preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and project documents; flooring takeoff experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills required.
• Ability to balance customer needs, timelines, and profitability with sound judgment.
• Proficient with CRM, Microsoft Office 365, and related business software.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial sales opportunities and cultivate client relationships.
• Review drawings and bid documents to produce accurate takeoffs and proposals.
• Coordinate contracts, pricing, and change orders with internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, scheduling, and payments; ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain project documentation, forecasts, and CRM data.
