ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking a motivated Business Development Consultant to build stronger relationships, create new opportunities, and grow our referral network in the Atlanta market. • Build relationships with insurance agents, plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, realtors, commercial businesses, and other referral partners
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to new and existing contacts
• Schedule meetings and appointments for our business development team
• Follow up with referral partners and prospective accounts
• Help turn new contacts into long‑term referral relationships
• Manage contacts, opportunities, and follow‑up activity in our CRM
• Research and identify new businesses and accounts to pursue
• Support outside sales representatives with scheduling and follow‑up
• Help coordinate networking events, lunches, meetings, and community outreach
• Follow up with referral partners after jobs are received
• Track activity, opportunities, referrals, and results
• Represent the ServiceMaster brand professionally
