ServiceMaster Restoration Services is growing throughout the Atlanta market and is seeking a motivated Business Development Consultant to help build stronger relationships, create new opportunities, and grow our referral network.

You will actively reach out, follow up, schedule meetings, and help turn conversations into business. The role emphasizes outbound activity, relationship-building skills, and professional communication to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or account management is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with referral partners (insurance agents, plumbers, hvac, property managers, realtors, commercial businesses).
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to new and existing contacts.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the business development team.
• Follow up with partners and prospective accounts to turn conversations into business.
• Manage contacts, opportunities, and follow-up activity in the CRM.
• Research and identify new businesses and accounts to pursue.
