World Finance is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States who will drive growth, profitability, and loan production through proactive outreach, referrals, and community engagement. You will evaluate lending decisions, oversee collections, and ensure regulatory compliance while leading a high-performing team.

This role offers a base salary of $40,000–$42,000 with performance-based bonus opportunities and significant earning potential tied to portfolio growth and tax production.

• Experience achieving sales, portfolio growth, or profitability goals.
• Experience making lending, collection, or customer account decisions.
• Experience managing delinquency, collections, or portfolio performance.
• Experience leading and developing employees.

Responsabilités

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through customer outreach, referrals, community engagement, networking, and promotion of branch products and services.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance and minimize losses.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees while holding them accountable for performance expectations.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and make sound business decisions that support branch success.
