Qualifications

• Basic requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• At least one year of management experience or completion of a management training program.
• Ability to independently perform bank runs and transport deposits.
• Experience achieving sales and profitability goals in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
• Review, approve, and close loans within guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collections to protect portfolio performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees while maintaining performance expectations.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure policy/compliance adherence.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and make sound business decisions.
