Responsibilities

Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
Grow the branch through customer outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance.
Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees.
Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
