World Finance is seeking a Branch Manager to drive branch growth, portfolio performance, and profitability through loan production, tax growth, and strong customer relationships. You will recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team while ensuring efficient branch operations.

You will expand the branch through outreach, referrals, and community engagement, review and approve loans, manage delinquency, and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
