You will lead a high-performing team, manage loans and tax production, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining efficient branch operations.

Compensation ranges from $35,500 to $39,000 plus performance-based bonus opportunities. Successful managers can substantially increase total compensation with portfolio growth and business results.

Qualifications

• Experience achieving sales, portfolio growth, or profitability goals.
• Experience making lending, collection, or customer account decisions.
• Experience managing delinquency, collections, or portfolio performance.
• Experience leading and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through customer outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to minimize losses.
• Lead, train, and develop branch employees while holding them accountable for performance.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
