The position offers a compensation range of $39,500 to $50,000 based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and career advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of management experience or completion of a management training program.
• Experience achieving sales, portfolio growth, or profitability goals.
• Proven ability to generate business through community involvement, networking, referrals, and outbound calling.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through outreach, referrals, community engagement, networking, and promotion of branch products and services.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to minimize losses and maintain portfolio performance.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees and hold them accountable.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and make sound business decisions.
