Job summary

Applied ABC in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to build referral partnerships and drive new client growth for ABA services. In this full-time role, you will cultivate relationships with pediatricians, schools, and community organizations, manage a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate with leadership to expand market presence.

You will be responsible for converting opportunities into referrals and active clients, while upholding HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, outreach, or relationship-driven revenue roles.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close opportunities.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Comfortable representing a brand and driving conversations in the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline of referrals and client leads.
• Identify new referral channels to expand access for families.
• Track outreach and partner interactions in CRM with accuracy.
