Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive referral growth, build partnerships with pediatricians, schools, and community organizations, and guide families through the intake journey in Utah. You’ll represent Applied ABC as a trusted resource and partner, expanding center presence while delivering real impact for kids and families.

• Experience in business development, outreach, sales, or a relationship-driven role.

• Comfortable representing a brand publicly, at events, in meetings, and in the community.

Responsibilities

• Drive referral growth and pipeline development across your market.
• Identify and develop new referral channels to expand access for families.
• Track outreach activity and partner interactions in CRM with consistency and accuracy.
• Follow up with leads and partners in a timely, professional, and personable way; collaborate with intake to convert referrals to clients.
