Job summary

Applied ABC, a pediatric ABA provider in Maryland, is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand referral networks and drive growth across your market. You will build partnerships with clinicians, schools, and organizations to increase access to care and convert relationships into active clients.

You’ll own the pipeline end-to-end, collaborate with intake, and represent the company at events, delivering energy, empathy, and results in a growth-driven role with a strong bonus

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, outreach, or relationship-driven revenue roles.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close opportunities.
• Strong proactive, self-motivated mindset.
• Organized, disciplined, results-oriented.
• HIPAA compliance awareness.
• Healthcare/ABA/pediatric sales background is a plus.
• CRM experience managing pipelines and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of referral partners and client leads.
• Develop new referral channels to expand access for families.
• Track outreach and partner interactions in CRM consistently.
• Represent Applied ABC at events with energy and professionalism.
• Nurture relationships with pediatricians, schools, and providers.
