Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand our healthcare referral network and drive sustainable patient referrals across an assigned territory in the Baltimore area.

The role emphasizes building professional relationships with pediatricians, hospitals, health systems, and other child-focused providers. The candidate will manage referrals, educate partners on our processes, and travel as needed to engage stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of healthcare business development, physician relations, provider outreach, referral development, or healthcare networking experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strategic network of professional referral sources within the Baltimore territory.
• Engage pediatricians, hospitals, health systems, diagnostic providers, therapists, schools, and other children-focused professionals.
• Identify new referral opportunities and create territory plans to grow referrals.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with referral partners; educate partners on services, intake, locations, and referral pathways.
• Maintain follow-up to strengthen relationships and drive ongoing referrals.
• Document all referrals and interactions in CRM/referral systems; monitor intake and authorization progression.
