Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a high-performing Business Development Representative to grow referral pipelines and drive new client access to ABA services. You will build relationships with families, pediatricians, schools, and community partners to expand market presence.

This role emphasizes proactive outreach, pipeline development, and collaboration with intake to convert opportunities into active clients, in a mission-driven environment focused on changing kids’ lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, outreach, or relationship-driven revenue roles.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close or convert opportunities.
• Strong mentality, proactively pursuing new business.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and results oriented.
• Comfortable representing a brand and driving business conversations in the community.
• Committed to HIPAA compliance and handling sensitive information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline of referral partners and client leads across your assigned market.
• Identify and develop new referral channels that expand access for families.
• Track all outreach activity and partner interactions in CRM with consistency and accuracy.
• Follow up with leads and partners in a timely, professional, and personable way.
• Partner with the intake team to ensure referrals convert smoothly into active clients.
• Build genuine, lasting relationships with pediatricians, schools, early intervention providers, and local organizations.
