OâReilly Auto Parts in Avon, IN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and daily operations. This role manages the store during the Manager’s absence and leads team members in servicing customers.

You will assist in hiring, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring policies are followed, while maintaining store appearance and security, including opening/closing duties and loss prevention measures.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels on the showroom floor and during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure all orders and transfers are processed accurately and timely.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and security checks.
