Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Avon, MA to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. You will lead the team during the manager's absence, ensure excellent customer service, and oversee staffing and training across shifts.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service programs and team execution.
• Staff the retail sales counter during peak hours and shifts.
• Set team goals, provide feedback, coach and mentor staff, and ensure training.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure orders, transfers, and shipments are processed timely and customers are informed.
