Job summary

SecureSpace Management LLC is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support store leadership, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The role includes coordinating with teams, maintaining store operations, and assisting with maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in storage, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong English communication in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager and team to exceed sales targets and promote rentals and moving supplies.
• Support new customers through the rental process to ensure smooth transactions.
• Contact potential clients to confirm moving dates and ensure units are ready and secure.
• Help manage past-due tenant accounts and lien/auction paperwork.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs effectively.
• Conduct daily property inspections for security, cleanliness and upkeep; check locks and stock supplies.
• Perform light gardening and use power tools for general maintenance.
• Communicate updates and recommendations to Store Manager and Leadership Team.
