O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, service, and store operations. The role involves leading a team, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training
• Required: Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification
• Desired: ASE Certification
• Desire multilingual ability (Spanish highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels on the showroom floor and ensure staff adherence to customer service programs.
• Coordinate staffing for peak hours and manage hiring, interviews, and onboarding.
• Coach and mentor team members and ensure training compliance.
• Ensure accurate processing of returns, exchanges, and refunds and proper invoicing.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as needed.
• Perform opening/closing duties, handle deposits, and secure the store.
