O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may lead the team in the manager's absence and during opposing shifts.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure programs are executed.
• Help ensure adequate staffing at the sales counter during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure all store processes and procedures are followed, including returns and invoicing.
• Perform day-to-day store opening/closing duties and security checks.
