• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Achieve KPIs and financial targets through analysis and planning.
• Oversee store operations including merchandising, scheduling, and payroll hours.
• Ensure brand standards and omni-channel fulfillment are followed.
• Support Store Manager duties in their absence.
